We’re filling batches every week and getting a lot quicker now that we’re a bit more familiar with the rig. The beauty of it for us remains the simple mechanical design philosophy — we can see and physically control everything, and if anything goes wrong, we have a very short, easy checklist to work out a fix. Nitro & high-carb batches run beautifully on a slightly slower fill, standard batches fill very quickly with no foam, and there are very few potential trouble areas to keep track of. Well done!
